Saving Lives, One Survey at a Time

We are researchers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and we are looking for teens (ages 13-18) to take a survey! The survey will help us to know more about what teens go through on a daily basis, how they interact with the world around them, and will show us where we need to concentrate on getting them the most help if need be.

If you are a teen, please take the survey and ask all your friends to do the same. It’s actually pretty fun and it doesn’t take too terribly long. 🙂

If you’re not a teen, please send our survey to all the teens you know. Not only will you be helping us, but you will be helping all the teens you care about.
